We were asked by the clients to project manage the entire design and build project, including planning permission. The project value in 2017 was approx. £100,000.
It is a full-width extension to the rear of the bungalow property, yielding a fully-glazed, linked extension to both the master bedroom and the living room, allowing the clients significantly more space, and making the most of the. fabulous view.
We undertook the full design & planning phase, dismantling of the existing conservatory, all groundworks, all the framework, glazing, joinery, electrics and roofing. This project was the third referral we have had from just one of our earliest clients.
